Powder spray gun operator — Carter County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Carter County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Rotating shifts.
