Urgent requirement: powder coating technician (Alaska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
