Road roller operator • Randolph County, North Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a road roller operator in Randolph County, North Carolina. The role involves load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
