Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Wase

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Wase, Plateau State. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. On a typical shift you will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Pay around ₦3,000 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
