Urgent requirement: precision welder (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a precision welder in Olmsted County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
