Backhoe loader operator • Union County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Union County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Day-to-day duties: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
