Acoustic insulation fitter — Baker County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Baker County, Oregon. You will work at a busy building site. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 4+ years on the tools preferred.
