Coating plant operator wanted in City of Williamsburg

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in City of Williamsburg, Virginia. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
