Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Presque Isle County, Michigan. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
