Vacancy available: vertical transportation technician (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Dodge County, Georgia. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. On a typical shift you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
