Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Sardauna, Taraba State. On a typical shift you will grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
