Bread baker wanted in Van Buren County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Van Buren County, Iowa. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
