Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
