Great opportunity: tandoor cook (West Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lewis County, West Virginia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
