Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Lincoln County, Montana. The role involves set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; read lift plans and method statements before starting; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Rotating shifts.
