Milling machinist — Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machinist in Lincoln County, Maine. You will work in a toolroom. You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
