Powder coater — Candler County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Candler County, Georgia. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Part-time with flexible hours.
