Great opportunity: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Calvert County, Maryland. The job is at a high-rise building site. Day-to-day duties: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use What we are looking for: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment 1+ years on the tools preferred.
