Tandoor cook — Calhoun County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Calhoun County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
