We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Baxter County, Arkansas. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop The role involves insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
