We are recruiting: we are hiring a stitching operator in Faulkner County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
