Day-to-day duties: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Full-time, day shift.
