Excavator operator — Newton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Newton County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
