Reinforcement steel fixer — Schleicher County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Schleicher County, Texas. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
