QC technician — Biriniwa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC technician in Biriniwa, Jigawa State. The job is in an automotive parts factory. You will compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
