Refrigeration service engineer • Outagamie County, Wisconsin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will be based in an AC and refrigeration showroom. On the job you will handle: • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
