Sheet metal press operator wanted in Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Franklin County, Washington. You will be based at a busy press shop. You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
