We are recruiting: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Saline County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
