Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Monroe County, Arkansas. You will work on a housing development site. The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. Requirements: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
