Toolroom milling operator • Jos South, Plateau State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Jos South, Plateau State. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
