Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Saint Lucie County, Florida. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
