Aluminium workshop fabricator — Wallace County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Wallace County, Kansas. You will be based in a glazing and curtain wall company. Ideal candidate: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines The role involves: • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
