Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Pike County, Missouri. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. On the job you will handle: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
