Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls.
