Great opportunity: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Monroe County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads Requirements: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Full-time with occasional weekends.
