Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Kershaw County, South Carolina. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
