Paint booth operator wanted in Luce County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Luce County, Michigan. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
