Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Preston County, West Virginia. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
