Machine setter-operator • Woodford County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Woodford County, Illinois. You will be based in a textile mill. Day-to-day duties: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
