Scaffolding supervisor wanted in Duval County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Duval County, Florida. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. You should have: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage Day to day you will hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
