We are recruiting: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Christian County, Missouri. The job is at a textile finishing unit. On the job you will handle: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Full-time, day shift.
