Argon welder wanted in Washburn County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Washburn County, Wisconsin. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. Day to day you will tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a weld test on the spot 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
