Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Day-to-day duties: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses 6+ years on the tools preferred.
