The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
