Steward wanted in Richland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Richland County, North Dakota. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 2+ years on the tools preferred.
