Paint and prep technician wanted in Lancaster County

Join our team: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing The role involves prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
