The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker Rotating shifts.
