Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Borden County, Texas. The job is at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently On the job you will handle: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
