Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Winona County, Minnesota. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
