Safety marshal wanted in Cheyenne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Cheyenne County, Kansas. You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces On the job you will handle: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift 3+ years on the tools preferred.
